[27TH MAY 2021]- Around this time last year, Saint Lucia’s Minister for Commerce briefly addressed what will obtain in St Lucia as users, vendors, and advocates for the legalization of marijuana await the report from the Cannabis Commission to be presented to the cabinet of ministers. One year later, the report has not been presented to Cabinet. Let’s take a look back.
