ST LUCIA RED CROSS RECEIVES WHEELCHAIR-ACCESSIBLE VEHICLE

[16th September 2022] - For the past eighteen months, the Saint Lucia Red Cross and the Japanese Government have been communicating about the need for a wheelchair-accessible vehicle for the organization. A memorandum was signed virtually, and now the donation has come to fruition.
