SHOULD WE ARE LEVERAGING ALTHETES TO PUSH TOURISM?

[9th August 2022] - Is the success of Saint Lucian athletes on the world stage translating to growth of Saint Lucia’s tourism export product? The question was put before Tourism Minister, Hon. Dr Ernest Hilaire before Cabinet on Monday. He says that while there will come a time when these athletes will be leveraged for Saint Lucia’s advancement, the focus now is on developing the athletes so they can reach their full potential.
