SAINT LUCIA RECORDS 464 NEW CASES OF COVID-19

Friday January 14th 2022, Saint Lucia confirmed a total of 464 new cases of COVID-19. These samples were processed on Thursday January 13, 2022 at the Ezra Long Laboratory and Laboratory Services and Consultations Limited from a total of 835 samples, which were collected on January 12, 2022 and January 13, 2022. This number of positive cases makes up 55.57% of all the samples processed on that date.

The Ministry of Health also reports 3 new COVID-19 deaths. These deaths occurred during the period January 7, 2022 to January 14, 2022.

To date, a total of 50, 350 individuals have been fully vaccinated. Another 6, 095 are partially vaccinated and 5, 248 have received their booster shot.
