SAINT LUCIA RECORDS 34 NEW COVID-19 CASES

Sunday October 10th 2021, Saint Lucia confirmed a total of 34 new cases of COVID-19. These cases were processed on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at the Ezra Long Laboratory from a total of 187 samples which were collected between October 8 and October 9, 2021. This number of positive cases makes up 18.2% of all the samples processed on that date.

Confirmation was also received of the recovery of 31 individuals diagnosed with COVID-19.

To date, a total of 36,240 individuals have received the first dose of the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine and 30,117 have received the second dose. A total of 11,463 individuals have received the first dose and 5,628 individuals have received the second dose of the Pfizer vaccine.
