SAINT LUCIA RECORDS 16 NEW CASES OF COVID-19

Wednesday December 22nd 2021, Saint Lucia confirmed a total of 16 new cases of COVID-19. These cases were processed on Tuesday December 21, 2021 at the Ezra Long Laboratory and Laboratory Services and Consultations Limited from a total of 245 samples, which were collected from December 19, 2021 to December 21, 2021. This number of positive cases makes up 6.53% of all the samples processed on that date.

Confirmation was also received of the recovery of 6 individuals diagnosed with COVID-19.

To date, a total of 48, 874 individuals have been fully vaccinated. Another 6, 661 are partially vaccinated and 2, 974 have received their booster shot.
