SAINT LUCIA RECORDS 138 NEW CASES OF COVID-19

Sunday September 12th, Saint Lucia confirmed 138 new cases of COVID-19. These cases were processed on Saturday September 11, 2021 at the Ezra Long Laboratory from a total of 448 samples. This number of positive cases makes up 30.8% of all the samples processed on that date.

Confirmation was also received of the recovery of 251 individuals diagnosed with COVID-19.

To date, a total of 35, 374 individuals have received the first dose of the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine and 28, 669 have received the second dose. A total of 6, 583 individuals have received the first dose and 77 individuals have received the second dose of the Pfizer vaccine.
