ICAR PRESIDENT OUTRAGED WITH VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN

[8th August 2022] - While the homicide count for 2022 continues to rise, violent acts committed against women have drawn much attention. The most recent incident of violence against women was that of Choiseul resident Diana Theodore who was found dead in her home, bound in a pool of blood on August 6, 2022. People from across the country have since spoken out in anguish against her death. President of ICAR Empress Dannie James has called for a National response to the violence against women as she says enough is enough.
