Human Rights Advocate, Felicia Dujon discusses the Domestic Violence Bill

[02nd March 2022] - Saint Lucia is inching closer to tightening legislation that seeks to protect the rights of individuals in a domestic dwelling. The long-awaited Domestic Violence Bill is scheduled to be tabled in Parliament on March 8, coinciding with International Women’s Day. When enacted, Saint Lucia’s Domestic Violence Bill promises to be one of the more progressive bills within the Caribbean.
