EMANCIPATION ACTIVITIES UNDERWAY THIS WEEKEND

[29th July 2022] - Emancipation Day is observed on August 1 in a number of Caribbean countries and territories including Saint Lucia. The national holiday honors the passing of the Slavery Abolition Act of 1833.
