[30TH JUNE 2021]- After months of empty docks and shuttered shops, Pointe Seraphine came alive on Tuesday with the first call of a major cruise line since March last year. While there was much celebration of the event, some say there was no immediate benefit to them. Oneka McKoy tells us more.
