A number of Special Police Constables, or SPC's, were upgraded to the rank of Police Constable.

[18TH JUNE 2021] - A number of police officers who ranked as Special Police Constables, or SPC's, were upgraded to the rank of Police Constable one at a ceremony held on Friday. The officers were addressed by the Commissioner of Police and Minister of National Security. We hear more in this report.
