Despite a programme of activities having been published for the 2019 Saint Lucia Jazz Festival, many have said that the normal buzz of promotional activities is absent this year. With a press briefing promised by Culture Minister Fortuna Belrose on the festival failing to materialize, we ask you your thoughts on Jazz 2019.
