The Prime Minister of Saint Lucia believes the country is on track for a positive economic outlook in 2019. He made the remarks ahead of the delivery of the customary Throne Speech that begins the annual debate on the Estimates of Revenue and Expenditure as well as the country’s appropriation bill.
