Travis Chiquot on Training

Following the recent training held for 45 members of the royal st. Lucia police force under the guidance of Edwin Powell from Howard University in Washington, President of the police welfare association says that a follow up training session will be held on reducing the amount of lethal force used against mentally ill persons.
