Welcome Guadeloupe!

Last week, the Organization of the Eastern Caribbean States welcomed their newest member to the sub-regional grouping. Guadeloupe joins their sister French territory Martinique as an associate member of the OECS. We learn more this report from France Caraibe Communication.
