Across the harbour, the “Sab” sporting facility was the scene of what several spectators dubbed a “breathtaking” production. Over two hundred Saint Lucians came together to bring delighted onlookers 'The St Lucia Story'. Nelcia Charlemagne was there, and spoke to several persons involved it its execution
