Cuban Citizens To Vote on Changes To Constitution.

Cuban citizens will be asked to vote on a raft of changes to that country’s constitution later this month. As much as 60% of Cuba’s foundational principles could be altered as the Diaz-Canal government asks his people to chart a new way forward for the nation.
