President of Police Welfare Association Says Identity of Criminals Are Known.

The first month of the new year has ended and Saint Lucia continues to see brazen criminal activity. From daylight shootings to armed muggings- many of the incidents have been captured on camera or have occurred in the presence of multiple witnesses. These criminals it appears, have no reservations. In light of these recent incidents, the Choice News team has chosen to revisit an interview conducted with the President of the Police Welfare Association more than two months ago.
